Chiropractic care is a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the musculoskeletal system. Chiropractors practice primarily using their hands, providing diagnosis, treatment and preventive care for disorders related to the spine, pelvis, nervous system and joints.

Chiropractors use a combination of treatments, depending on the specific needs of the individual patient. After taking a history, performing an examination and establishing a diagnosis, a chiropractor can develop and carry out a comprehensive treatment / management plan, recommend therapeutic exercise and other non-invasive therapies.

Jeremy graduated from Collège Boréal with a Paramedic’s diploma, then attended Laurentian University, where he obtained a BA in Health Promotion. Afterwards, he went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated with summa cum laude.

Growing up in Quebec and Saskatchewan, Jeremy was a competitive hockey player and golfer. He went on to play varsity golf while attending Laurentian University, and continues to enjoy many sports recreationally. With an understanding of the impact that sports and other activities have on physical and mental health, his main focus is helping people get back to the activities they love to do.

Chiropractic care played an important role in his life life, and he is eager to now be a part of that process in the lives of others. Jeremy believes that a combination of manual care and active exercise programs leads to optimal patient outcomes. His treatments consist of adjustments, soft tissues therapy, mobilization, exercise prescription, acupuncture and much more.

Whether you are physically active, spend most of your time at desk, or anything in between, Jeremy provides hands on pain relief for musculoskeletal complaints to help you get better.

Shayla graduated from Alderson Broaddus University with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Therapy and Exercise Science. She then completed her Masters degree of Kinesiology at Western University, graduating in August 2021. Shayla enjoys working with individuals to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Tristan has successfully completed and graduated the Massage Therapy program at Fleming College in 2023. As an RMT he hopes to bring individual client focused rehabilitation to all with multiple ways of treatment to better improve daily living.

With his athletic background Tristan has dealt with a fair amount of injury sparking his interest into sports massage, helping athletes to regain their full potential.

Craig graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1996 receiving a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy. He has over 27 years experience treating a variety of orthopaedic conditions from neck and lower back pain to sport specific injuries. Craig believes that the combination of manual therapy and active exercise programs lead to optimal patient outcomes.

Craig utilizes a multi-modal approach and provides his patients with proper education to treat their injury and prevent future reoccurrences. The continuation of learning and the expansion of evidence-based skill sets are ongoing commitments for Craig.

His client centred-personal approach to treatment have garnered him a loyal community following in the Northumberland area for more than 20 years for which he is eternally grateful. Craig is proud to call this community “home” and has raised his 3 children in Cobourg with his wife Jessica who herself works as a healthcare practitioner at Northumberland Hills Hospital. When not at work, Craigs passion includes coaching lacrosse, having coached locally at a competitive level taking him across Ontario and even to the USA for several team competitions. Other interests include boating, travelling, curling, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends.
